By using our towing services through KSATowing.ca (hereinafter "KSA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Request

You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting service through phone or email.

Service Area and Availability

Our primary service area is within the Halifax region. For requests outside this area, additional fees may apply, or service might not be available.

Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. All prices are quoted in CAD, and any additional taxes or surcharges will be added as applicable.

Liability and Insurance

KSA is not liable for any damage to your vehicle unless it is directly caused by our negligence. We carry standard insurance for our operations, but additional coverage for your vehicle is your responsibility.

Vehicle Condition

You must inform us of any special conditions or hazards related to your vehicle (e.g., leaking fluids, unstable parts) before service begins. Failure to do so might result in additional charges or refusal of service.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully. This includes not engaging in any activity that could harm us, our employees, or other users.

Termination of Service

KSA reserves the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.

Changes to Terms

KSA may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
